The service celebrating the life of Mrs. Elsie Addis will be held in the John Allison/Monkhouse Chapel, 124 Carpenter Street Brighton on Saturday September 16 commencing at 10 a.m.

A Private cremation will follow

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
